Passion and determination led us to obtain craft products that are different from the usual. At the base there is a great care and attention to the entire production process, subject to careful control — starting from the choice of raw materials — up to the entire transformation: only in this so we managed to keep the traditions of our land alive. A deep love for our work, combined with the desire to improve ourselves day by day, lead us to make our project wonderful. All this is evident in the attention to detail and in the selection of the best ingredients: in fact, we use only natural, selected and local ingredients; a territory that over the years has us donated only products of excellent regional quality. We sell typical products of the Apulian culinary cuisine. We are so linked to the territory of Andria that we exploit all its products, from the Coratina extra virgin olive oil, to wheat and flour to produce taralli, biscuits, focaccia and the typical pasta Apulian, like the famous Orecchiette. We sell Mozzarella and Burrata from Andria — the latter product is recognized by the European Union with the IGP mark of origin — caciocavallo and first sale cheeses handcrafted with the milk of the High Murgia.
