Only after massive inquiries was I informed that part of my ordered goods was not in stock and, yes, there were holidays. But the entire order was marked by the seller with a shipping date of 12/29/2025.

Seller's communication was very poor, after issuing false tracking info on 1/11 and waiting to ship until 1/30 only after I reached out to Faire about it. Order arrived quickly after that, but actual colors of yarn are entirely inconstant with the photos and description. I ordered three different blue colors, but they're all basically the same color. See photos (theirs vs mine). Of 12 yarns purchased only half were close to photos/descriptions. Won't be ordering from this company again. :(
