Karamel is a family own business that started in 2007 when I open 4 stores on the beautiful island of Maui :) I've learned the trade from my parents that have Trendy Karamel based in Europe. Born in a family of entrepreneurs I understand all the feelings and emotions that comes with owning your own business. Also going through the retail stage and now just dedicated to the wholesale side, I care deeply about bringing the best products at the best price. I absolutely love working with this company! They are so honest, kind, and communicative. Any time I have had any questions or issues Sara jumps on it immediately. I have worked with them for a few years and all the clothes I have purchased are beautiful, top sellers for me in my collections of bohemian-shabby-chic. Their Italian linens and cotton gauze are so dreamy, and much better than the pictures. I adore working with small women run businesses in which you feel an authentic connection!

Hi Tinsley were you charged for tariffs? If so it was a mistake and we will refund you. If there is something that we take great pride is to take responsibility for all tariffs, this way our clients can shop knowing that there are no surprises. If you had an issue you could message us directly and we will accommodate accordingly. Each review is very important to us like it is to your business. We give great customer service and expect our clients to reach out if anything is not as expected instead of leaving a review that doesent match our service. It was your first order and you never contacted us to try and explain your concerns. You are passing wrong information and it’s very serious since it can hurt our business. In all 50+ 5 STAR comments there is never a mention of tariffs because we do not charge them.
