Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that some of the items arrived damaged and that the shipment took longer than expected. If you would like, we would be happy to send replacement items. You can submit a replacement request through Faire or contact us directly, and we'll be glad to assist. Regarding the shipping delay, these products are among our best sellers and are handmade, which can occasionally require additional production time. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We were also surprised to hear that the scent faded quickly. Under normal conditions, the fragrance typically remains strong for at least six months. When samples are displayed in open areas, the scent may be less noticeable, but when used as directed and placed in the recommended location, the fragrance tends to perform very well.
