The bath salts were all clumped together and the smell was unnoticeable. I asked for help and they said it is normal for it to be a solid rock. That would be understandable if the price point was lower but at a high retail price it makes one bath over $20.

The salts are great - beautiful, fragrant and effective. For some reason, the packaging just doesn't attract customers - I think because they cannot see how beautiful the blends are. Makes for extra work for us to print the marketing images so people can see what's inside. We've had some issues with the Bye Bye Dry line getting clumpy and having to be returned. I love this line and wish customers could more readily see what's inside.
