Since the 1950’s in Ireland, the Casey family recipe was only made at home in the kitchen. In 2013 in San Francisco, that changed when two Irish guys, Peadar & Stephen, started Judge Casey’s. The company is named after Peadar’s great grand-uncle, the famous Judge Jeremiah Casey. In 1873 he immigrated to the Bay area, worked hard and became a respected judge. Generations later this company started in his name.
