We operate three retail locations and have placed multiple orders, with this being our largest order to date. It has now been nearly three weeks since I first emailed to inquire about the $332.36 shipping charge, and I have yet to receive a response. I have been a long-time Faire customer and have had only positive experiences until now. It’s disappointing when a vendor chooses to profit from shipping charges rather than prioritizing customer service and transparency.
