All claims or demands for defective merchandise must be made within 7 days of receipt. All returns require an RA # (Return Authorization #) from us for your claim to be processed. All credits will be applied as store credit. Credit Card refunds cannot be issued. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns.Prepaid return shipping will only be provided for defective merchandise. In case the following scenarios were occurred and we decided to accept --- 1) Returned without an RA #; 2) Past the Grace Period; 3) Returned without its original packaging; There will be an additional 15% restocking fee applied for any items returned under such conditions.
