Under Luna was born in 2016 when herbalist and mother Carly Ferrarese set out to create the kind of hair care she couldn’t find—truly non-toxic, all-natural, and rooted in whole plants. No shortcuts, no synthetic fillers, nothing questionable—just real ingredients you can trust for yourself and your family. Who is it for? Everyone. Our formulas are safe for all ages and sensitivities, but we know that hair (and scalp) care isn’t one-size-fits-all. That’s why we offer a variety of options to support different needs, from postpartum recovery to oily scalps to sensitive skin. Today, every bottle is still handcrafted by our small, passionate team in Portland, Oregon using organic, in-house–crafted herbal extracts and the highest quality oils. I was sent some trial shampoo and conditioner prior to my order and it CHANGED MY HAIR. It took two washes and I was hooked. I will say after the first shampoo I was skeptical because my hair felt different, but once I conditioned and styled it it was full of volume and amazing. I actually got 2 different compliments that’s day that my hair looked amazing. I struggled with hair loss from hypothyroidism so this has been AMAZING. Got my mom hooked also! Amazing products.
