Taylor’s Naturals has come a long way. Starting out with a single liquid soap now with an extensive product line. One thing that has always remained the same is our commitment to Quality and Sustainability. As much as possible, we use Organic Locally Sourced ingredients and go the extra mile to provide product packaging with little to no plastic. All of our products are Vegan & Cruelty-Free! (Leaping Bunny Certified) We don't use any synthetic unhealthy binders and provide full transparency with our ingredients. We infuse all our oils in house. Our products are the real deal! Pure, Natural, Healthy! We are family owned and operated, hand-crafting all our products in small batches ensuring quality. A portion of proceeds goes to different charitable organizations with similar values. My package arrived through the US postal mail service in a wet box that I had to carry straight to the bathroom sink. The witch hazel bottle had been broken and went all over the other products. The invoice was drenched. Unfortunately the product was packed without using bubble wrap & a few wet packing peanuts. The individual thin cardboard slots where the glass bottles were in, was not enough to withstand the shipping process. I was not able to even send the products back due to the condition.

While we understand how frustrating that must have been, we were not contacted directly, nor was a damage claim reported through Faire, so we weren't given the opportunity to make it right. As a sustainability-focused company, we intentionally do not use plastic bubble wrap. Instead, we use recyclable cardboard inserts and biodegradable packing peanuts, which are designed to dissolve when exposed to moisture. We carefully package every order to protect it during transit, but on rare occasions, shipping carriers may mishandle packages, resulting in damage. If an order arrives damaged, Faire has a straightforward process for reporting shipping damage, and we're always happy to work with them to provide replacements.
