More than just fans, our products are iconic accessories that embody queer pride, inclusivity, and unforgettable moments. Our story began in the sweltering heat of a Houston Memorial Day Weekend in 2019. Anyone who’s experienced Houston summers knows how brutal the heat can be from May through September — the perfect time for a fan that prevents discomfort and keeps you looking fierce. That’s when we launched Houston Fan Club, focused on helping Houstonians beat the heat with style. Soon, demand grew from fans in other cities craving that same bold energy and quality. In June 2019, we proudly came out of the closet and rebranded as The Gay Fan Club, expanding our mission nationwide and beyond.
