Growing up I always made jewelry. Looking back to when I was little, I remember a specific time when my babysitter brought over wire & beads to make bracelets. [ She allowed me to make some with her; ] safe to say that was the moment I fell in love with making jewelry. As I grew into my teens I slowly lost touch with working with jewelry, but it didn’t last long! In 2018 I finally picked it back up and started making gemstone bracelets, earrings, and necklaces. By June, I launched my very first few pairs of Claymer Studs, and that’s when K Eleven Designs took off! I was never into statement earrings because anything I could find in the stores were so heavy!! Later into 2018 I incorporated statement earrings into my designs. For a while it was all trial and error, but I fell in love with them because they are very lightweight and durable. Being an artist I’ve found working with Polymer Clay fascinating! It opens up so many doors and allows me to turn the ideas in my head into physical creations. be bold, strong, & fearless. Whatever you do, just be you.
