When the product arrived it was packaged nicely. Even received a free gift which was a very nice surprise! Although I did not receive the product I ordered what I did receive was well-made and very nice .It was the same design, it just happened to be in the wrong material. They responded within 24 hours to offer other options. I have not received the new shipment yet but I am confident that I will be happy with what they send. Laura
