I'm Courtney Shoptaw, the heart and hands behind Three Moods, based out of Central Arkansas. Watching my mother suffer through chronic illness and seeing firsthand how conventional medicine often failed her, I turned to plants and teas as a teenager. In the early 2000's I began studying holistic remedies, using teas and experimenting with herbal solutions. After my own personal health crisis in 2019, what had started as a personal passion became a mission: to help others reconnect with the healing power of plants.
