About Puka Maui
I'm Jordy Houglum, the mind behind Puka Maui. My journey began in 2020, right in the midst of the Covid-19 lockdown. Seeking an escape from the indoor monotony, I turned to sewing, unknowingly stumbling upon a newfound passion. This became my high school final senior project. After graduating from high school, I chose to relocate to Florida rather than pursuing college. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to working full-time, setting up shop at various pop-up craft and farmers markets throughout Florida on weekends.
