Cyril and Romain, a great meeting! It goes back to the University of Tours in 2001 in science and since then, we have not let go! Working together? At first we laughed about it and then why not? We share the same passion for the best nectar in the world: beer. We both felt the need to do meaningful work, closer to people and on which we could decide ourselves to reduce our ecological impact. So let's go for a change of life! Bingo! Thus was born the project of our dreams: an eco-responsible microbrewery. At the end of 2020, the project is reaching maturity: “Respekt” was born to brew tasty beers with natural ingredients in an eco-responsible approach, a fun and a bit quirky spirit! 2021 is the year Respekt was launched! We have found and furnished our production room located in Achères, in the Yvelines; Right where we live! In fact, we are very proud to manufacture our “Made in Achères” beers. And over the past few months, we've lovingly fine-tuned the recipes for our 3 launch beers. Those who tested them first are very eager to find them again... Your taste buds are going to be expensive! Come on, hop! Here we go! Let's brew in the Respekt!
