Mojave Jerky Co. makes small batch, zero sugar beef jerky handcrafted in the Southwest. Three bold flavors, all natural ingredients, and up to 34g of protein per package. No artificial anything. No soft, mushy texture. This is traditional jerky with a tougher chew and real Southwest seasoning. Our flavors are built around the ingredients and landscapes of the desert. Hatch green chile sourced from New Mexico. Smoked chipotle and paprika. Guajillo pepper and citrus. Every recipe is gluten free, zero sugar, and made without preservatives. Mojave stands out on the shelf. Our packaging is bold, colorful, and designed to catch eyes at the register.
