Finally got help from the help center.. this company sent my first order after a lengthy delay and unresponsive to my messages. When I got the order, half of it was in the packaging shown, and half in plain ziplock bags. I was happy with the cute wax melts, even though they were lacking in scent. questioned this… Was promised they would send the correct packaging with the next order. Well, I never got the next order. I messaged the brand several times with ZERO response.
