I'm Lauren, a mom of two wonderful children, wife to a fantastic husband, and the creative force behind this little corner of joy. The Journey Every piece I create is inspired by the love and laughter that fills our home. My kids are my greatest muses, always ready with a new idea or a playful critique. My husband, the rock of our family, has been my biggest supporter, even when our basement was taken over by 3D printers and craft supplies. Our products are made with families in mind. Very misleading listing and disappointing customer service. The items received looked nothing like the photos shown. The Monstera clickers were dark olive/brown instead of the bright greens pictured, and most of the other clickers arrived broken or falling apart. I reached out to resolve the issue and was told “colors vary” and that we could glue them ourselves. We would never have purchased these had they been accurately represented in the listing.

I am so sorry that you felt the need to leave a misleading 1 star review. The listings on the Monstera Leaves very clearly state Mystery colors, and that the colors will vary. This is not misleading at all, as I had told you the photos are a depiction of the design, but the colors are mystery surprise. It is very clearly listed there - this allows variation for our customers. As far as the Dumpsters, I did apologize that they had come apart. They were not broken, they simply come apart just as a keyboard key comes off. I cannot help if carriers are rough with the package in transit. I did offer to totally replace the Dumpster Fire clickers, in a color of your choice, AND also glue them. I had offered to totally replace them. In stead of giving me an opportunity to fix that, you instead decided to leave a poor review, and leave a 1 star on my other listings (the peach and egg plant) neither of which you complained about.
