This brand offered no communication and overcharged. Invoice was not included in the box, and my order was shorted but not refunded until I reported it. I don’t mind orders shipping incomplete, if communicated clearly so that I can decide how to proceed - and of course if invoice amount is reduced accordingly. But because shipping and duties ended up costing me $75 for 3 jewelry boxes, 3 small flat pouches, and 3 keychains, I definitely would have cancelled this order if given the chance.
