Hi there So sorry that we were unable to fulfil your orders to your expectation. I know that you were able to successfully receive the first two but unfortunately, this was comms from the carrier switching from DPD > UPS that did not send you a message to keep you posted. Upon you enquiring about this with us, we found out where they were and provided you with all the information for pickup right away. Sadly this was our carrier DPD on this most recent order that let us down, losing the parcel with its scans at the international gateway. We followed standard processes/investigation times with this carrier and carried out an investigation right away for you but sadly they are still unable to locate this. You have contacted us now about receiving a refund which it looks like FAIRE will be providing you the funds back on/around the November 4, 2025.
