About Uncle's Thai Food
Uncle’s brings new flavors to Thai food with inventive products for home cooks. Products are inspired by a balance of tradition and experimentation happening in Thailand and in the food world. The company was started by Brendan Chareoncharutkun, an American-born Thai, former farmer, and cook who splits time between New York City and Bangkok. The name Uncle’s comes from cooking with his niece and nephews.
