Product states it is made in the USA in the "About" section yet arrived with cheap plastic hangers that had stickers stating "Made in China". The plastic hangers also had "Sterling Silver 925" and "Cubic Zirconia" across the top which, none of the product was any of that. The quality was not good either.

I’m truly sorry you feel this way. I sincerely hope to change your mind. That being said: I assure when we SAY MADE IN THE USA WE MEAN MADE IN THE USA. Our hands and tired eyes are proof. Your hand made earrings were manufactured and fully constructed here in the United States of America were put on older earring cards. (After being made) I mentioned this in our email exchange and also offered to replace the earring cards. I regret this mistake happened. I don’t mind your review but I believe it’s reckless to assert in anyway that our wonderful team is less that 100% forthright. I’m proud of the men and women who assist in the process. Again, I am happy to send you videos of our process. We meticulously construct the jewelry we sell for a very reasonable price. I’m admittedly bias, but the repeat orders and our sincere reviews give me solace. Sometimes things that start off poorly can still end great. I will send something your way to make this up.
