My experience aligns with many recent reviews. My first order went well, with good communication. Unfortunately, my second order had very little communication and only provided an estimated ship date after I asked a couple of times. I tried again for Valentine’s Day, ordering on Dec 20, but received zero communication. I canceled, explaining it was due to no response, and the cancellation was accepted with no explanation. The issue isn’t the product but the lack of consistent communication.

I really wanted to love these products. At first, the seller seemed very on top of things, and I was excited to support their shop. But I only received 1 of 3 shipments from my order. When I reached out about this, I received zero response—my messages were left on read. With the lack of communication, I ultimately decided to cancel my future seasonal item orders. The shop offers cute products, but the disappointing customer service made the overall experience extremely frustrating.
