My first and only disappointment since shopping on Faire. Ordered a size 9 ring and was sent a size 5 ring. The merchants response was that I ship back the wrong ring (which I had already paid shipping, duties and taxes on), re-order the ring again and then pay for the shipping…again. I can’t believe they felt like this response was remotely a favourable resolution. I would not ever order from them again.
