I received two brands of pet food that expire within a few months of when I received them and I haven’t even opened my doors yet, I’m still trying to get my shelves stocked, the other brands don’t expire until 2027 so they were fine. I tried to reach out in three separate emails and couldn’t get them to respond. I really don’t like leaving bad reviews but this company left me no choice! Buyer beware.

Was very disappointed when I discovered 30 bags expiring in 3 weeks. We just opened the store location 2 weeks ago and we don’t have traffic like petsmart or any other big branch pet stores.

The lack of communication is the hardest part of doing buisness with this company. The shipping is fast You will have a very short time limit of shelf life. However I have lost more money on investing in this company. My retail cost to purchase plus shipping and I have noticed soon as I place order receive them and see the very short shelf life and looking at this company website it lowers the price less than we pay as a retailer. Not good for buisness to take on this company for store products.
