Over decades, at Pablo Garrigós Ibáñez, we have taken our nougats and gourmet sweets to countries on five continents. The quality of our products, made entirely by hand, has allowed us to be in the showcases of the most select stores in the food sector. The production of our products is carried out respecting the traditional way. We carefully select all the ingredients, such as the Marcona almond from the Mediterranean basin or the orange blossom and wild rosemary honey, collected in the Levantine mountains. A successful mix of torrones, nougat and fondant/chocolate with oranges, raspberries, almonds, sesame and macadamias. Small note: The Jijona Delicatessen Nougat is a bit challenging to present for tasting due to the almond oil. Still excellent taste.
