I have no problem with communication as I didn't communicate with them! I have no problem with delivery or packaging. Yes, I didn't expect too much with this low price, but I think that these are the worst cookies I ever tried! Except the ones with wine & cinnamon that were absolutely tasty, both soft & crunchy, I would love to buy and eat them again!!
