About Venandi
The VENANDI adventure is first and foremost a responsible, human and very gourmet adventure around wild meat. The idea is to concoct products made from wild game meat from our forests to (re) put it on the front of the French culinary scene! To do this, we recover game from sustainable hunts before processing them in the Lyon region for the shortest possible circuit. Our approach is intended to be close to our values, that is to say with authenticity, transparency, and quality! Our aim is to highlight wild game meat, our products are composed of 50% game meat when the legal threshold is 20% in France. Our sausages and terrines are therefore very low in fat compared to “classic” charcuterie.
