About N'OYE
N'OYE means “the little one” in Laotian. It is also the nickname of Julie, born in Laos, “creator of flavors” whose favorite hobby is to play with ingredients. She is at the origin of the recipes. With Jean-Pierre, her husband, she created Normand'Asie Gourmet, a company based in Saint-Lô in Normandy, in a spirit of sharing and diversity, and whose vocation is to manufacture innovative, qualitative, natural and 100% vegetable N'OYE sauces for young and old.
