Born in Alsace, south of Strasbourg in 2018, a "P'tit Bout D'Alsace" is: Marine and Stéphane, two Alsatians passionate about good and tasty products. A burning desire to share a small part of the rich Alsatian gastronomy: traditional "pure butter" shortbread cookies, both savory and sweet, for the end-of-year celebrations, as well as the iconic "gingerbread." These products are crafted with particular attention to quality and composition. Handmade, it was important to us to create them using mostly organic farming ingredients, and to choose as many local products as possible or, failing that, Fair Trade products. In this regard, we use semi-wholemeal flour from biodynamic agriculture. Thus, our range of "Grand Gingerbreads" proudly represents the colors of Alsace, namely: 40° Kirsch, honey, cinnamon, and cloves, in short, an explosive cocktail! In short, no artificial preservatives and only quality products: that is our motto!
