I canceled my latest order because the ship date was moved from it's already long wait time. I live in Western North Carolina, while my communications were down, I supposedly got a rejection of that cancelation because they had supposedly already started my order. I never saw this email... then 30 days after they rejected my cancelation, I received this order? does that sound like they had already started my order? I will NEVER order from this company again.

Their products are great, but the fulfillment speed is very slow. Also, they rarely, if ever, respond to any messages or inquiries. Have sent three messages over the past 3 weeks regarding missing product and have received zero responses. Doubt if I ever order from them again.
