One star is already one too many. Placed the order in July, never received the package, but was charged. Ridiculous that I'm supposed to provide proof of where the package disappeared to. That's the supplier's responsibility. Never again with (Un)Faire!!!

UPS tracking shows the shipment reached Germany and customs have been attempting to contact you directly to complete import clearance - this is a required step for the package to be released and delivered. The delay is not a lost package or a fulfillment issue on our end; it's pending customs clearance, which requires your action as the importer of record. Please check with German customs (or your UPS delivery notifications) to complete clearance, and the package will move once that's done.
