We really like the products but this is not true wholesale. How can we compete with this company selling direct to customers on amazon at a lower price than our wholesale price? A $5 profit margin on a $60 product makes no sense. This company also does not acknowledge this, and continue to sell on amazon at a lower price. Why are you not offering true wholesale pricing? We would love to carry this, but not if we are only making a few dollars becoz they continue to sell on amazon for less.

I am disappointed as i ordered 2-Maine Coon Cat Backpack – Realistic Cat Stylish Daypack SKU BPBAG-O0001 and one of them was great and the other looks like it has a broken leg and missing hair. They say because it is a seasonal item it can't be returned - I let them know, but did not get a response and when i went to return - NO RETURN ON SEASONAL ITEMS. I feel this is different as it was not a well made product and does not look like the picture.
