About Silver Lining Stuffies

Silver Lining Stuffies a line of storybooks & companion stuffed animals helping children develop healthy social and emotional learning skills. Made in consultation with child psychologists and teachers, each stuffed animal stars in its own story as a lovable, relatable character who learns to cope with a unique set of challenges. They help children understand and manage emotions, set and achieve positive goals, while developing supportive relationships with one another. It is an approachable, personal toolkit that fosters imagination & play so that children can see themselves in stories, know they are never alone & discover their own methods for achieving mental wellness. Our vision is that every child has the tools, skills & community needed to develop a healthy mindset. Each soft, cuddly stuffed animal is weighted, with long arms for giving great hugs and comes with a mini-blanket in their back pocket that the child can take with them to school or whenever they can't be together. Each book comes with a "Silver Lining Toolkit" - a list of coping strategies for dealing with worries, sadness and an overactive mind and body. They also have a repeatable mantra, a list of what other kids do when they feel worried, sad or overactive and helpful advice for caregivers. Read their story
