In 2013, when we couldn't find anything that used only HONEY as a sweetener, we decided to make it ourselves! All of our ingredients are chosen for not only the flavor they bring but the amazing nutrients and health benefits they offer... We make each and every batch by hand from mixing the ingredients to stringing the boxes because we believe in employing people instead of machines. Barbara, our founder and who crafted our recipe, wanted to make sure that the honey and cacao blended together for both a smooth and sweet flavor, but also brought out the rich cacao flavors without the extreme bitterness of most dark chocolate plus it has no dairy, no gluten, no soy, no fillers of any kind.Read their story
