My name is Weilin Chen. I've been very fond of shoes since I was a child. My major in university is footwear design. I like painting, graffiti and designing all kinds of shoes, especially casual sports shoes.I have been engaged in shoe export trade since 2012, and we now have a dynamic team from R&D to sales.The company sells a variety of shoes, including men's and women's casual sports shoes, driving shoes, sneakers, hiking shoes.During past ten years , under our all workers hard efforts , our shoes have been exported to more than 22 countries and regions , for their good quality , competitive price and excellent service.Here , we welcome customers from at home and abroad to negotiate business with us. Very bad experience with this webshop. I have wanted to cancel my order since December, but each time I was told they would get back to me. To date this has not been resolved in a proper way. In the meantime money has been taken from my account, while I never received my order. I was told the package had been delivered, but I did not receive a package, did not get any notification and did not sign for anything. I would NOT recommend ordering here.

First time ordering, they are ok, there is no boxes for the shoes, and they come in plasitc bags. I pride myself on quality as well and this is not our standard. I had a few men say they are not true to size either.

Hello, Please read my explanation. 1. We received the customer order on July 24th and shipped it on July 26th. The goods arrived at the customer address on August 4th. This took 8 days to ship. For such a long distance, having the goods arrive within 8 days is a very fast delivery. 2.For environmental protection and transportation convenience, all items are individually packaged in OPP bags. This will make transportation more convenient and avoid extra fee when parcel arrive your address. If the customer need shoe boxes, we can send the customer shoe boxes again 3.Regarding sizing, we shipped the goods according to the order. This is not our fault. The product details description has a complete size comparison chart.If the product size doesn't fit, the customer can contact us for a replacement.
