The Black Guillemot is a tenacious cliff and crag dweller, at home in some of the most beautiful and rugged places on Earth. The Guillemot lays speckled eggs directly on the cliffside without a traditional "nest". The playground of this resilient cousin of the Puffin is the rocky coastline and islets of the North Atlantic. I chose to call our delicious snack Guilley's because the Guillemot embodies the spirit in which this all natural, crunchy, and sweet treat is created.
