Our products are handmade from the very beginning to the end. It brings a lot of slight variations in size, shape, color, and texture, and this is exactly what makes every piece we produce unique and memorable. Our collections are limited and the batches are small. We keep them this way to ensure there is enough warmth and soul in every plate or bowl. Our mission is to create a beautiful comfortable atmosphere in the clients' homes and enrich their daily rituals. Our production is located in Ukraine and despite this terrible time for our country we are still working and supporting the economy. We face a lot of challenges now but we fight them and bring your orders to your shops on time.

The quality is exceptional, the platters are consistently best sellers. Everything arrives carefully packed and the seller responds to questions quickly. Bad Communication, Zero Delivery, Charged. After 4 months waiting for the items, I received a note that USPS tried to deliver the plates, but we received zero notice of delivery, no tracking and our local post office has no record. The boxes were "supposedly" returned to sender then I was charged for the items. I have yet to receive anything and have filed a missing items report.

To clarify the timeline: your platters were produced and shipped on time, and the tracking information was added to your order. According to USPS, a delivery attempt was made and a notice was left, which is the standard step before rescheduling delivery. We reached out to you once we saw the package wasn’t being picked up, but unfortunately did not receive a response, and by the time you addressed the issue USPS had already begun the long process of being routed back to us. At the moment, it has not yet arrived, and we are still waiting for USPS to deliver it back to our studio.
