Inspired by a fortune cookie that said she had a “magnetic personality,” she paired her whimsical steel designs with magnets. Her customers were delighted and began displaying her metal art everywhere, on their metal lamps, fridges, mailboxes, and more! Customers requested more & more metal art, until Carol had built an entire seasonal collection for them to swap and decorate all year long. Today, Roeda Studio offers an interchangeable décor system built around hand-painted metal art magnets and collectible magnetic bases like wreaths, memo boards, and frames. Customers start with a base-like the top-selling Everyday Wreath-then collect magnets to build a look. Pieces can be swapped out for the season, a holiday, or everyday moments, making displays easy to refresh again and again. It’s simple, personal, and endlessly changeable… which naturally encourages repeat purchases throughout the year.
