The brand was super responsive to my messages and worries about getting the product by my deadline. I got everything on time and the product was just as described. One note - a couple of the individual packaging for the charms came apart during shipping, but is was a super easy fix and nothing was broken. Thanks 😊

The keychains we received were nice- we have sold 2 of those. The button covers have not sold- I’m not sure if it is the design or maybe they just haven’t caught on here. The button cover is slip-on- I have seen others that clasp once on the button and they appear to be more secure. That may be why they are not selling.
