I really wanted to love this business — small businesses deserve our support, and their product packaging looks fantastic. Unfortunately, my experience was mixed. The lead time ended up being much longer than expected, and despite multiple messages asking for an ETA, I didn’t receive any response. Because of the delay, I had to cancel my orders. One item eventually arrived, but it was very late and not what I ordered. Communication and any response to messages are very important.

I've ordered a few times. They take a LONG time to fulfill. Weeks to almost a month. When you ask about it they ignore you. I think they are over their head. As for the product, they taste good. BUt the pricing is awful for the quantity. Asking people to spend $10+ on 4 freaking marshmallows is nuts when I can get a better packaged gourmet marshmallow from competitors within a week.
