I am extremely frustrated. I got absolutely no mediums in my order, absolutely no XLs and 3 of my 5 larges. All of these were preorders from customers...... now I'm having to refund and it looks horrible on me. I have never had an order be so wrong before.

HI, there! We tried to call to reach out to see what happened. No answer and no call back. We have never had an issue like this before and from one small business owner to another... these kind of problems are always fixable vs leaving a bad review as the first form of communication.
