About Sheep Shop
We are a family of 3 sharing the joys and the adventures of shepherding and homesteading in rural Vermont. We made the move from a city of 8 million people to a small Vermont town of 800 in 2006 and never looked back. We started our homesteading journey in 2011 and we first welcomed chickens, sheep, and a Maremma sheep dog, followed by a baby boy the following year. We found a passion in gardening and started growing our own food and expanding our perennial flower beds. Our love for sheep runs deep and our dream of opening this shop has been 7 years in the making. We are passionate about handcrafting our own natural and eco-friendly sheep milk soaps, candles, body care, and home décor goods and we are excited to finally be able to share them with you. We ordered from this company, and absolutely loved the packaging. Our clients did not respond to them as well as we thought. We believe it may be because the scent did not capture them right away since they are lightly scented. That works for some people but having been in the beauty industry from 18 years I have learned that clients want the scent to capture them right away. We will try to order soon and maybe try some different products since we really do think they are worth another try.

Joyce, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. We use pure essentail oils to scent our products and some essential oils like tangerine and rose are more delicate. They do effuse their scent upon using them. I know that most people now are used to fragrances and perfumes in their beauty products, which have a much stronger smell. When you decide to reorder from us, I would recommend our lavender, our spearmint, and our lemongrass collections, which have a more robust smell. —Sheep Shop • Mar 4, 2020
