Our comfy cross back aprons are handmade in the U.S.A. in a zero waste, solar-powered facility with Fair Trade and recycled fabrics. Founded by a professional chef who likes to craft and loves her plants, who was never comfortable in the traditional apron and wanted something better. We're doing our best to reduce negative environmental impact, provide amazing products, and support better practices. -- Hi, I'm Stephanie, the founder of Her Favorites! I love scratch cooking at home, extreme snowboarding, and anything that sparkles. As a professional chef for over 10 years, I spent almost every day in a traditional apron. They always pulled on my neck, bunched around the waist, came loose, or the loops got caught on things. Our cross back style aprons are a comfortable alternative designed for all-day, any-project wear, with convenient pockets and a loose fit. The classic cross back cotton apron gets a new look with this kitchen must-have. A flowy, easy fit with open cross-back closure goes over just about anything you have on, so you can focus on the task at hand, and be comfy while you do it. After so many years of my life in an industry that wastes, uses tons of plastic, and contributes to a bad food system, Her Favorites is here to do some good. All of our apron makers are paid above a fair living wage, our products are made in a zero-waste, solar-powered factory, and we utilize our apron fabric scraps for additional goods from time to time. We also use Fair Trade fabrics!
