ZINC Designs began as a creative sanctuary for owner Ilysa Albright, who first started making jewelry as a way to find calm during seasons of anxiety and depression. What started as a personal outlet quickly grew into a meaningful passion — one that brings both peace and purpose. The name ZINC represents the initials of Ilysa, her husband, and their two sons — a reminder that family is at the heart of every piece. Our peacock feather logo was chosen with intention: it’s long been seen as a symbol of peace, creativity, and good fortune, and we simply adore the vibrant, soulful colors. Every piece in our collection is handmade, never mass-produced. No two designs are ever exactly alike, and many components are sourced from small businesses and artisans around the world.
