I was excited about these DIY macramé plant hanger kits—the packaging is very cute and fit my boutique’s aesthetic perfectly. Unfortunately, several kits arrived damaged, and I noticed major inconsistencies in quality. Some had thick, high-quality rope, while many had much thinner, completely different rope. One kit even had black stains on the rope. Communication has also been poor; I reached out with a question and never received a response. Disappointed overall
