Terrible quality and customer service all around. Everything except for two of the items in my larger order were damaged or missing parts when they arrived. After reaching out about it, Nordly's claimed that since the rattan on some of the items is natural, that's it's normal for it to be uneven in places, even though it's actually broken in places, not just uneven. Another item, is visibly dented in the wood in multiple places from delivery, and they say they see no damage. Don't use them!

Very disappointed......I ordered from here for the first time and was very excited to receive my order.....when I got the order it had 2 damaged items and one missing hardware. They will not respond to me after 3 weeks of trying and will not even respond to Faire.

I was pleasantly surprised with the chairs. They are comfortable, easy to assembly and actually look much better in person. Really happy.
