I started up my brand after seeing a pair of shoes hanging from a power line. I liked how they looked dangling and twirling with the wind. I had just learned ceramic mold making and sought to recreate this scene using a more permanent material. While making the ceramic shoes, It occurred to me that they could be great planters. After a couple of iterations, Shoe Pots ended up being one of my most successful products. For every product I make, I try to have this same approach.
