Created in 2018 by Jean-Marie San Martin, Paul Bocuse's former chef, his company offers a wide range of fine products for cooking and seasoning. After 25 years at the head of his restaurant, Jean-Marie continues his passion for creating extraordinary products. They are all based on original recipes and developed according to artisanal know-how. “We only use natural products because we believe that in nature we can find everything that is best. Therefore, you will not find any artificial flavors, colors or preservatives in our products. “ We are currently in the process of renaming our brand from San Martin to Jean de Velas. We have already changed the labels and soon we are also changing the photos in the catalog and all the paper supports. The change only concerns the name, the philosophy of our work and the quality of our products remain the same.

Great products and I will order again. This company should add English to the labels and must add a nutritional facts label on each bottle. When customers ask me how much sugar or how much salt or any of those kinds of questions I don’t know what to tell them there should be a nutritional facts on the back of the bottle.
